Board of Directors

The board of directors makes all decisions in the interest of the endowment fund.

Including:

• They approve the action program of the endowment fund.
• They approve the annual accounts of the endowment fund.
• They adopt the activity report presented annually by the president.
• They vote on the budget, proposed by the president and/or treasurer,
  and any modifications.
• They receive, discuss, and approve the closed financial statements presented by the president and/or treasurer, supported by supporting documents.
• They sets the main lines of communication and public relations action, in agreement, if applicable, with the general manager.
• They approve the decision to publicly appeal for generosity under the conditions provided for in Article 140 III of Law No. 2008-776 on modernization of the economy.
• They accept donations and bequests.
